Calls

As your agent, I’ll manage all calls and schedule showings with you personally. No more agents calling to find out why you’re selling or probing for additional information.

Fab Marketing

Every home deserves professional photography, visibility on all major social media sites, marketing to professional real estate agents and marketing to potential buyers. I not only work with some of the best real estate photographers in Portland, I also have a strong online presence which gives your home a bigger audience. And I’m part of Windermere Realty Trust, a full service real estate team, with agent relationships throughout the Portland area. You only get one chance to make a first impression, let’s make it a good one!

  • Online Marketing includes listing your home on RMLS.com. (This is the Realtor Multiple Listing Service used in the Portland area.) Automatic posting of your listing to the major online Real Estate sites, including Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com and Windermere.com, as well as my site LaurieBornsteinHomes.com. A powerful bonus of my online marketing is the use of my own social networks. I regularly post to my social media sites on Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest and when appropriate those posts are 'boosted', or advertised.
  • Photography - Top quality photography, aerial images and floorplans to ensure your house looks it's best online and in all marketing materials.
  • Sign Post and Eco-Flyer – Windermere Realty Trust sign post with an Eco permanent flyer will be placed in front of your home as soon as your property is listed
  • Property Brochures/Flyers – High quality professional property brochure/flyers that highlight your home’s unique features and neighborhood will be inside your home for potential buyers to take.
  • Broker Open – This is a 2-hour open house exclusively for Portland Realtors. I will provide a light luncheon on the first Tuesday your home is listed with the goal of attracting as many agents as possible. PLUS, Windermere Connect - a special 2-hour Thursday Open House exclusively for Windermere Realtors.
  • Guided Virtual Open House - This is not your average online virtual open house! A Guided Virtual Open House is a combination of a live presentation, Google Maps, images, Matterport Tour and my personal participation as I take visitors through your home - virtually. (This is such a powerful tool I feel it will replace the need for multiple Weekend Open Houses)
  • Weekend Open House – 2-hour public open house hosted by a Realtor on the first Saturday and Sunday and subsequent weekends if needed/desired.
  • Agent-to-Agent Networking – Being part of Windermere Realty Trust, a powerful locally owned company, provides me with a tremendous support team to assist on all aspects of the process and access to a broad network of agents for maximum visibility on my listings.
  • Accessibility – I provide both my office and cell phone on all marketing materials, that way no call or opportunity gets missed!

Special COVID update - I adhere to the latest PMAR requirements to ensure we take all necessary precautions, including safe distancing, masks, gloves, sanitizer and wipes. Two agents are present for every in-person open house, one inside and one outside, to ensure contact information is gathered for every visitor and compliance to regulations and safety measures are followed.

I actively seek feedback from all showings and provide that feedback to you, the seller, as soon as I receive it. You’ll always know what’s going on and what to expect.

Loan Process

Upon receiving a written offer, I will monitor the buyer’s loan process from beginning to end.

Appraisal Process

All mortgages require an appraisal. Lender’s begin the appraisal process by contacting an appraiser or appraisal company. My service includes meeting the appraiser onsite with a comparable sales report to help facilitate the process.

Transaction Management

Transaction management is critical in today’s real estate sales. I’ll oversee all aspects of your real estate transaction, from earnest money deposit, contingencies, and escrow communication. I’ll keep you informed throughout all phases of the process.

My job, is looking out for your best interests. Trust, loyalty and confidentiality are core principles in my business and in my life. Your privacy is important and safe with me. As a member of PMAR, professional standards are foundational tenets my practice is built upon.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Your success and satisfaction are my goals. As a seller, if for any reason, you wish to cancel your listing prior to expiration you may do so. Your only expense will be for actual marketing costs expended prior to cancellation.

From contractors and movers to donation locations and dog parks. I can help you coordinate the process or help you find whatever you’re looking for.

My past experience in home design gives me unique insight into the home preparation process. As your selling agent, I provide a complimentary professional staging and home preparation consultation. I’ll advise you on needed repairs, ways to make your home more saleable and how to create a warm welcome for potential buyers.
